I try enjoying life for the moment,
But it’s too hard,
I think about it,
But it’s more painful to think than to do, so I do without thinking,
Moment gone.

This poem is really short and packs a punch. I suggest breaking that second-last line up into two or even three separate lines. Slowing the poem that way will give that last line more power.
